Büchele Gummitechnik
A story of success
The success story of Thomas Büchele begins in Öhringen in 1988 with two self-constructed vulcanising presses. After firstly working as a sole trader, Büchele Gummitechnik GmbH was founded as early as 1993, thanks to a spirit of invention, coupled with entrepreneurial courage and a clear vision of the future. The company moved to newly-rented premises in Öhringen, the first employees were hired and new machines procured, in order to meet continually increasing numbers of orders. Just one year later, the company moved into its own production facility and office building in Bretzfeld-Schwabbach.
The highest quality requirements and unerring will to create the best possible solution have meant that Büchele Gummitechnik GmbH has enjoyed successful development, continuing into the present day. A growing number of machines, as well as many new employees, require continuous expansions for the production, storage and office spaces. Company premises were founded in Split (Croatia) in 1999 and production began there. The medium-sized and large series are produced here in shift operation.
For the innovator and entrepreneur Thomas Büchele, it is uncompromising quality and individual solutions that continue to be the success factors of his company. For him, the customer and their requirements are always at the focus of every business action, and thus certification according to the international ISO 9000 standard, including IQNet, along with the expansion of the fields of activity to the development and manufacture of PTFE surface coatings were logical steps for the company.
